What We Expect
Weekly Time Commitment
Members are expected to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to their growth activities. This includes training, work sessions, and community participation.
Consistent Participation
Growth requires showing up. Members are expected to maintain regular participation and notify the community when they'll be absent.
Community Engagement
This isn't a passive membership. You're expected to engage with other members, share your progress, and contribute to discussions.
Honest Self-Reporting
Track your hours and progress honestly. Self-reporting is a foundation of trust in this community.
Respectful Communication
Treat all members with respect. Feedback should be constructive. Disagreements should be handled professionally.
